On est mardi 1er novembre 2011, déjà neuf mois que ben ali s’est enfui et il est caché, comme un rat, en Arabie Saudite. Son collègue Gaddafi a été tué.
Après la lecture de cette lettre, tout cela parait être comme un cauchemar pour celles et ceux qui ne l’ont pas vécu personnellement. Cependant, le mal a sévi longtemps, beaucoup trop longtemps en Tunisie. Il est temps que ça change.
Tout un système policier qui s’effondre, la justice vient de renaître, certes encore fragile mais sera équitable insh’Allah.
Oui il a un fils qui est mon meilleur ami et croyez moi, même si son père et loin de lui sa ne fait pas de lui un mauvais père il s’occupe très bien de lui et Selim va le voir de temps en temps. Je suis au cœur de cette affaire et je peux donc savoir les ressentis de chacun...
ةcoutez quand on ne connait pas la personne on ne juge pas ! Je connais personnellement Monsieur Tebourski et je sais que c’est un homme bon, et je pense que si il a demander a rester en France c’est surtout pour son Fils !

En outre, contrairement à ce que pensent aujourd’hui de nombreux libyens, la chute de Kadhafi profite à tout le monde sauf à eux. Car, dans une Afrique où les pays de la zone subsaharienne riche en ressources minérales tournaient complètement le dos à la France pour aller vers la Chine, il fallait bien que monsieur Sarkozy trouve un autre terrain fertile pour son pays. La France n’arrive plus à vendre ses produits manufacturés ou de décrocher un marché en Afrique, elle risque de devenir un PSD C’est pour cela que l’on a vu une France prête à tout pour renverser ou assassiner Kadhafi ; surtout quand l’on sait que la Libye est l’une des premières réserves en Hydrocarbures d’Afrique et de Sebha est la capitale mondiale du trafic Franco-libyen de concentré d’uranium Nigérien. Egalement, l’on sait que jusqu’ici, les populations libyennes n’avaient rien à envier aux Français, ils vivaient richement mieux sans se suer. Puisque Kadhafi faisait tout son possible pour les mettre à l’abri du besoin. Il est donc temps pour les libyens de choisir pleinement futur partenaire occidental. Car si en cinquante ans de coopération la France n’a pu rien apporter à l’Afrique subsaharienne. Vat-elle apporter maintenant aux libyens un bonheur supérieur à celui que leur donnait leur Guide. Rien à offrir à ces ignorants de libyens, sauf des repas communs dans les poubelles de la ville Paris, en France c’est déjà la famine ? Lui, qui durant plusieurs décennies était l’un des faiseurs d’hommes les plus efficaces sur le continent Africain. De son existence, Kadhafi était le leader le plus généreux d’Afrique. Pas un seul pays africain ne peut nier aujourd’hui n’avoir jamais gouté un seul pétro –Dinar du guide Libyen. Aveuglement, et motivé par son projet des Etats-Unis d’Afrique, Kadhafi de son existence a partagé l’argent du pétrole libyen avec de nombreux pays africains, qu’ils soient Francophones, Anglophones ou Lusophones. Au sein même de l’union Africaine, le roi des rois d’Afrique s’était presque érigé en un bailleur de fond très généreux. Jusqu’à l’heure actuelle, il existe sur le continent de nombreux présidents qui ont été portés au pouvoir par Kadhafi. Mais, curieusement, même pas un seul de ces élèves de Kadhafi n’a jusqu’ici eu le courage de lui rendre le moindre hommage.Au lendemain du vote de la résolution 1973 du conseil de sécurité de l’ONU, certains pays membres de l’union africaine sous l’impulsion de Jacob Zuma ont tenté d’apporter un léger soutien au guide libyen. Un soutien qui finalement s’est éteint totalement sans que l’on ne sache pourquoi. Même l’union africaine qui au départ conditionnait avec amertume la prise du pouvoir libyen par un groupe de terroristes et la reconnaissance du CNT libyen constitués de traitres, s’est finalement rétracté de façon inexplicable. Et curieusement, jusqu’aujourd’hui, aucun gouvernement consensuel n’a été formé en Libye. Depuis l’annonce de l’assassinat de Mouammar Kadhafi, cette union africaine dont Mouammar Kadhafi était pourtant l’un des principaux défenseurs et ayant assuré le dernier mandat, n’a encore délivré aucun message officiel de condoléance à ses proches ou de regret. Egalement, même ceux qui hier tentaient de le soutenir n’ont pas eu le moindre courage de lever leur petit doigt pour rendre hommage à leur mentor. Jusqu’à l’heure actuel, seul l’ancien archevêque sud-africain et prix Nobel de paix Desmond TUTU a regretté cet acte ignoble. Même le président Abdoulaye Wade que l’on sait pourtant proche des révoltés libyens n’a pas encore salué la mort de l’homme qu’il souhaitait tant. Le lendemain de sa mort, un vendredi pas un musulman n’a prié pour lui ?.. A ce jour, sur le continent Africain, seul l’homme de la rue et les medias ont le courage de parler de cette assassina crapuleux du guide libyen. Mais, cette attitude des dirigeants africains ne surprend personne, dans la mesure où l’on sait que chaque président a peur de se faire remarquer par un Nicolas Sarkozy qui est capable de tout si la tête d’un président africain ou d’un arabe l’énerve.
Conclusion La Libye et l’Afrique toute entière viennent de tourner une page d’or avec la perte de Mouammar .
Traitre et maudit que je sois, si j’étais un libyen ?

Je souhaite attirer votre attention sur le faite que ce Barbouze comme vous le dites, a retourné sa veste à l’instant où il s’est assuré du départ définitif du ZABA plus exactement le 18 Janvier 2011.
Mais encore ce dernier qui détient pas un seul titre comme auprès du RCD mais aussi faison parti de plusieurs association et surout la chambre Franco-Tunisienne de marseille ou il a volé récemment le portfolio pour se faire une nouvelle peau et une nouvelle virginité auprès de la Tunisie, avec un pseudo symposium tenue au pôle technologique sis à la Gazelle (Ariana).
Rappel du passé : Khaled Néji représentant de l’office de l’huile près du consulat générale de Tunisie à Marseille a été victime de sa (Stoufida).
Monsieur Kahled Néji a été limogé de son poste, radié de ses fonctions, décédés suite à une attaque cardiaque après avoir visité les prisons Tunisiennes
Je souhaite que cette personne n’intervienne plus sur le sol Tunisien afin de crée des réseaux encore pire qu’avant et revenir au pouvoir par la fenêtre.
Aidez moi à dire la vérité sur ce malheureux de la Sbikha (kairouan) qui fout la honte à son peuple.
Ce Virus, qui trompe sa femme sans scrupule ni honte. A trahit ce que nos ancêtres ont essayé de bâtir, bravour, fraternité dévouement, sincérité.

Mais on en finira jamais avec l’idiotie des fondamentalistes islamiques qui promenent leurs femmes en burka, parce que c’est la seule façon par laquelle savent voir une femme : comme une bête dangeureuse. On en finira pas facilement, terrible dictature, avec ceux qui demandent maintenant de couper les mains, les jambes et les bras, suivant l’obsolète loi coranique, sans se faire aucun souci de l’Homme. Jésus, le Christ en est le plus grand champion, le Rédempteur de l’humanité, Lui qui a porté la Croix pour nous TOUS ; quant à la mafia et à al-Capone, nous les plaçerons comme un héritage historique de cet islam que tant s’acharnent à défendre par l’ignorance (mafia vient de l’arabe dialectal anciene "mafiah", c’est-à-dire "protection", la mafia est nait et c’est culturellement radiquée dans une ancienne terre d’islam, la Sicile)

*أسس كريم الهاروني المنظمة الطلابية الإتحاد العام التونسي للطلبة Union Generale Tunisienne des Etudiants ( U.G.T.E ) وأنتخب أمينا عاما لهذه المنظمة من سنة 1985 الى سنة 1988 .
* الاحكام الصادرة ضده بعد سنة 1987
صدر على كريم حكم غيابي بمحكمة مدنين لمدة سنتين ضمن القضية رقم 6332 بتاريخ 1991/7/18 والمسجلة في مركز الشرطة بالمرسى الشاطئ تحت رقم 1862 بتاريخ 1991/9/6 وذلك بتهمة الانتماء إلى جمعية غير مرخص فيها
وفي 1991 أصدرت المحكمة العسكرية ولنفس التهم حكما بالمؤبد على كريم الهاروني
* السجون التي تنقل اليها
تنقل كريم الهاروني الى سجون عديدة منها
السجن المدني 9 أفريل بتونس العاصمة تبعد عن سكنى عائلته 17 كلم
بنزرت تبعد عن سكنى عائلته 65 كم
المهدية تبعد عن سكنى عائلته 205 كم
المسعدين تبعد عن سكنى عائلته 155 كم
سيدي بوزيد تبعد عن سكنى عائلته 283 كم
المنستير تبعد عن سكنى عائلته 165 كم
القيروان ( الهوارب ) تبعد عن سكنى عائلته 200 كم
صفاقس تبعد عن سكنى عائلته 270 كم
في سجن الهوارب ( القيروان ) قضى كريم خمس سنوات في عزلة جماعية مع السادة حليم قاسم و إلياس رمضاني من حركة النهضة وكان رقمه الأخير هناك : 11777
في نوفمبر 2002 وقع التخفيف في الحكم الصادر ضد كريم الهاروني من مؤبد إلى ثلاثين سنة ( 30 ) * قضى كريم الهاروني فترة سجنه وإلى هذا التاريخ في عزلة وقع نقل كريم وإبعاده إلى سجن صفاقس المدني بطينة طريق عقارب وذلك يوم 18 أفريل 2003 من سجن الهوارب وهذا التاريخ يوافق يوم الإحتفال بعيد الامن الوطني وذلك على إثر طلب العائلة لنقله كريم من سجن الهوارب نظرا لتعرضه إلى مضايقات شديدة الخطورة من قبل رئيس الجناح بهذا السجن المسمى بشير المحمدي , و قد قام كريم برفع قضية ضد هذا الاخير لدى وكيل الجمهورية بالقيروان كما قامت العائلة بمراسلة وزير العدل وحقوق الإنسان والسيد زكرياء بن مصطفى رئيس اللجنة العليا لحقوق الإنسان بتونس. و بعد مرور حوالي 13 سنة على ايقاف كريم و و سجنه في ظروف لاإنسانية وفي غاية الخطورة ( موت بطيء mort lente ) وهو الآن في عزلة إنفرادية وضع فيها منذ أول يوم نقل فيه إلى صفاقس في حين أن العزلة الانفرادية لمدة تفوق العشرة أيام يحجرها القانون المنظم للسجون وبالرغم من عديد المطالب و الشكاوي التي قامت بتوجيهها العائلة لكل من يهمه الأمر فقد بقيت الوضعية على حالها مع الإشارة أنه في العزلة شباك صغير ويقع إغلاقه باستمرار ، الإضاءة ضعيفة و التهوئة قليلة كما أنه يمنع من مشاهدة التلفزة وقد طلب كريم من الطبيب الذي مر به مؤخرا بان يسلمه شهادة تفيد بأن وضعه وحيدا في مكان كهذا يهدد حياته إذ في صورة تعرضه إلى أزمة صحية لا يمكن التفطن اليه و اغاثته اذ سيكون ملزما بالتحامل على نفسه للزحف والوصول إلى الباب بصعوبة و طرق باب الزنزانة مع ما يعنيه ذلك من جهد و تعب واضاعة للوقت الذي يمكن أن يستغرقه قدوم مغيث من الحراس إن كان موجودا , و لكل هذه الاسباب طلب كريم أن يوضع له جرس يستطيع الضغط عليه لطلب مغيث… ومازال ينتظر لحد اليوم …. ـ الزيارات : مرة واحدة في الشهر نظرا لبعد المسافة والإمكانيات منذ ان وقعت محاكمته وسجنه لا يرخص لكريم في زيارة إلا أفراد العائلة المقربين أي تحديدا : الأب والأم والإخوة فقط لا غير وذلك منذ 12 سنة و ذلك في خرق فاضح للقانون المنظم للسجون
ـ الـفسحة : عند حلول الوقت المخصص للخروج إلى الـفسحة " area " يقع إخراج كريم في وقت مخالف للوقت الذي يخرج فيه سجناء الحق العام و ذلك حتى لا يرى " أناسا آخرين " ما عدى حراس السجن وإدارته ـ الجرائد والصحف اليومية التونسية المسموح بها : يقع منعها عليه كلما صدر خبر ترى إدارة السجن انه ليس على كريم أن يطلع عليه و قد عانى كريم من ذلك بصورة خاصة في سجن الهوارب بالقيروان ـ التلفزة : بعد حرمانه من حق مشاهدتها وقع تمكينه منها في سجن الهوارب ثم وقع منعه ثانية من مشاهدتها وذلك منذ أول يوم نقل فيه إلى سجن صفاقس و قد أدى هذا الوضع الى عزل كريم تماما عن العالم الخارجي وما يدور على الساحة بل وحتى على السجناء الأخرين ـ الكتب : تحتوي مكتبات السجون على كتب قديمة وذات مستوى تعليمي محدود جدا أي لا يستفيد منها كريم و غيره من المساجين السياسيين , ففي سجن صفاقس المدني مثلا توجد كتب دراسية خاصة بالمستوى الثانوي وطيلة الفترة التي قضاها كريم في السجن طالب مرارا من مختلف السلط المعنية تمكينه من قراءة كتاب التفسير والتنوير للإمام العلامة التونسي الشيخ الفاضل بن عاشور وهو مؤلف يختص في تفسير القرآن الكريم ويباع في المكتبات الا أن الرد من قبل إدارة السجن كان بالرفض , وقد قامت العائلة بشراء الكتاب وبعد سنوات رخص المدير السابق لسجن الهوارب بإدخال هذا المؤلف والمتكون من اجزاء وأعلم كريم انه عند إنتهاءه من قراءة جزء من هذا المؤلف تسترجعه الإدارة وتسلمه الجزء الذي بعده وهكذا دواليك إلى أن يطلع على المؤلف كاملا إلا انه حتى من قبل أن يفرغ من قراءة الجزء الاول الذي وقع تسليمه له قامت إدارة السجن بافتكاكه مرة أخرى وهذا الكتاب موجود عند إدارة السجن بصفاقس وقد كان ردها على كريم انها تنتظر القرار لتمكينه منه فكيف يمنع كتاب لتفسير القرآن الكريم وهو الكتاب الوحيد الذي الح على طلب قراءته ,فكيف لا يقع تمكينه من كتاب كهذا خاصة وأن هذه السنة في تونس وقع تسميتها بالسنة الوطنية للكتاب وقد أقيم معرضا دوليا للكتاب بتونس !!!! كما طلب \ئكريم كتابا للغة الإنقليزية لتذكرها فلم تقع الموافقة عليه أيضا وهو كتاب لمستوى الباكالوريا يدرس به في كل المعاهد التونسية وهو بالطبع معد من قبل وزارة التربية القومية ـ الكراسات : لكريم كراسات سجل فيها مسودات لرسائل بعث بها لرئيس الدولة والوزارات الأخرى فيما يتعلق بظروف إقامته ومعاملته كسجين في السجون التونسية كسجين سياسي ( وسجين رأي ) وفيها أيضا تدوين ومتابعة للقضية الفلسطينية وذلك من خلال الصحف الحكومية التي يسمح له بقراءتها وهي ست كراسات لم يقع إعادتها لإبني كريم وتم اخذها منه في إدارة سجن الهوارب وهو لا يزال يطالب بإسترجاعها إليه ـ الرسائل المسموح بها : هي التي يبعثها إلى العائلة ويتقبلها منها ( الوالدين والإخوة ) و هي تأخذ أشهرا للوصول منه وإليه و في بعض الاحيان لا تصل الرسائل الى عائلته أبدا ـ الزيارة : ذات صبغة غير مباشرة في كل السجون التي مر بها كريم فبينه وبين العائلة يوجد حاجزان يفصلهما مساحة قرابة متر أو اكثر بقليل وبحضور عدد من الحراس وفي السجن المدني الجديد بصفاقس يفصل بين كريم و عائلته حاجز واحد من البلور Vitre Fumee و يقع تبادل الحديث عن طريق الهاتف وبحضور حراس والزيارة تقع مرة واحدة في الشهر نظرا لبعد المسافة ( السبت على الساعة 12 و30 دقيقة) عند نقل كريم إلى سجن صفاقس المدني سألت العائلة الإدارة العامة للسجون بتونس العاصمة يوم 21 أفريل إن كان قد وقع نقله إلى أي سجن آخر ؟ فكان الجواب انه مازال في سجن الهوارب وادارة سجن الهوارب طلبت من العائلة الإتصال بالإدارة العامة للسجون لمعرفة الجواب مما جعل العائلة تذهب إلى سجن الهوارب للزيارة يوم 26 أفريل وهناك قيل لهم أنه وقع نقله إلى السجن المدني بصفاقس ومن هناك إتجهت العائلة إلى صفاقس , ولو وقع إعلام العائلة من قبل بنقله لإتجهت إلى صفاقس مباشرة عوضا عن كل هذه المشقة خاصة وأن اليوم كان حارا مما زاد في إرهاقهم خاصة والدته المريضة

* Karim could lay the fondation of the Tunisian General Union of Students ( U.G.T.E ) and was elected as the Secretary General of this organisation and obtained the support and dense presence of wide student peoples’ range ( in thousands ) and by conviction in all the regions of the Tunisian Republic and which was dissolved later on, by the government.
The hobbies, qualities and principles :
Volley-ball Foot-ball ( especially ) Karim joined the football team of “ L’Avenir Sportif de la Marsa”, in the position of wright defense of the youngers and then the Juniors who obtained on 1977 the national championship and was qualified to the final cup turn. Swimming Walking Chess game Hand drawing and picturing Listening to the religious songs and singing them My son Karim loves God too much and Our Prophet Mohamed, peace and prayers be on Him from God- and Islam and defends them as well. I do not exaggerate when I say that my son Karim is a distinguished person by his highly qualified and straight behavior .
The year during which the Minister of High Education & Science Research, Abdellaziz BEN DHIA decided to make reforms relative to the programs of this field and which was not agreed upon by the organization of The tunisian General Union of Students ( U.G.T.E. ) and the majority of the students, due to the non- responding of these reforms to the student’s interests and his scientific future.
Since then, the harsh treatments and following of my son Karim increased from the Security State Groups and his exposure to tracing and fetching him in the universities, mosques and house ( family ) and his brother was arrested and taken to the Security Police region at Bouchoucha for one week and because of the questioning operation ; looking for finding the place where Karim is and was then transfered to the reanimation center in one of the central tunis Hospitals and Mr Khemaïes CHAMARI knows about the details of his situation. At this time, he used to hold a position in the Humam Rights Organisation at “ le Colisee “ in Central Tunis and the accusation addressed to my son Karim was : ‘the affiliation in a non-authorised organisation’.
By then, he was judged with the leaders and members of “ Ennahdha Mouvement “ by the State Security Court and my son Karim was kept to be sentenced the last one in this judgement of the file of Ennahdha Mouvement that was dissolved.
This Court gave sentence to my son Karim of 5 years of prison and 10 years of administrative control, after Karim’s having made an objection dated the 27th of September 1987 and the judgement was registered under N° 20 While the first was registered under N° 19 on the 28th of November 1987 under n° 19.
Karim was put in 9 avril prison in central Tunis, then he was transferred to Borj Erroumi prison in Bizerte ( the far distance for the family to visit and his tough staying conditions) and we sent letters to the concerned ministeries in this respect. When an amnesty was granted to “ opinion political prisoners “ and issued under n° 63 and dated the 3rd of July 1989, Karim was released from Borj Erroumi prison on the 6th of November 1988.
Also, the decision for the abolition of the State Security Court was taken and then, that of the single isolation ( alone ) also. Likewise, the representative from Ennahdha Mouvement, the Barrister Mr BHIRI was invited to the presidential palace in Carthage so as to agree and sign the National Compact.
After that period, my son Karim was given a sentence of 9 ( nine ) months and then reduced to 6 ( six ) months after the Court of Appeal and later we have been informed that he was given a judgement by default at the Court of Medenine for an imprisonment period of 2 ( two ) years under case of law sentence N° 6332 dated 18th of July 1991 and registered in la Marsa-Beach Police station under 1862 dated 6th of September 1991 the accusation the affiliation of a non-authorized organization and in 1991, the Military Court was raised for trial of the ‘Ennahdha Mouvement’ once again and for the same occusations.
This Court gave sentence on my son Karim of ‘perpetual’ and he was put in several prison in Tunisia, amongwhich were the followings =

Tunis Bizerte : 65 km Tunis Mahdia : 205 km Tunis Messâadine : 155 km Tunis Sidi Bouzid : 283 km Tunis Monastir : 165 km Tunis El Houareb ( Kairouan ) : 200 km Tunis Sfax : 270 km
In El Houareb ( Kairouan ) he spent 5 ( five ) years in ‘a group’ of isolation with Mr Halim KACEM and Ilyess ROMDHANI from Ennahdha mouvement party and Karim‘s last N° as a prisoner there was 11777 and in November 2002 Karim‘s sentence was reduced from perpetual to 30 ( thirty ) years of prison while the law determines that the reduction has to be to 20 (twenty) years and my son Karim claims the Legislative General Amnesty ; bringing back to him his full rights and we request all the establishments, associations working for the human rights and fair organisations to enable my son Karim to get this right.
During his imprisonment and still, my son Karim has always been in isolation.
My son Karim was transfered and removed more to the civil prison of Sfax at Tina way to Agareb on the 18th of April 2003 from the civil prison of El Houareb-Kairouan and this date corresponds with the National Security Remembrance day feast.
This took place following a claim that has became of a great insistence so as to move my son Karim from El Houareb civil prison, due to the oppressions that he encountered and that were very dangerous, by the responsible of division where Karim was isolated- named Bechir M’HAMDI and these oppressions were subdueded on my son Karim and his companions in the isolation which led to Karim’s raising a law case against him at the Republic Attorney’s end of the city of Kairouan and we sent a letter to the Minister of Justice and Human Rights and Mr Zakarya BEN MUSTAPHA, the President of the High League of Human Rights in Tunisia.
By now, my son Karim has spent 12 ( twelve ) years of prison and the unhuman confinement conditions are very painful and too dangerous ( slow-death ) and he is in a single isolation ( alone ) where he was put from the first day of his removal to sfax civil prison and is still there while this kind of isolation was abolished and the situations inwhich prisoners are isolated in this prison and according towhich they are treated are the followings :
Under questioning Sentenced to death Suffering from a contagious desease
Despite sereval claims made towhom it concerns, the situation remained the same.
In the single isolation, there is a small window and being closed, light is lacking ( especially that he wants to read newspapers and write during the night ), airing is missing too.
He is also prevented from watching television. My son Karim lately asked the doctor to deliver him a certificate, attesting that confining Karim alone in such a place threatens his life that becomes in danger.
So, in case of a healthy attack hopefully not taking place - and no rescuer and suppose that in such a state, he finds himself striving to creep and reach the door with difficulty and keeps knocking at the door in function of the tiring effort and on the other hand, the time that takes the rescuing guardian to come if even he might be there.
So, all this causes in one word although I am unable as a father to prononce it but the danger of the situation and its intensity force me, unwillingly and with bitterness to say it which is God forbid !, death.
Moreover, man is civil by nature.
Also, my son asked for a ring he can press. to call for a rescuer… and he is sill waiting for that ...
Glimpse : The visits : once per month due to the remote distance and costs... Since the trial and imprisonment of my son Karim, he is authorised to be visited only by the close family members that is the parents, the brothers and sisters, no more and for 12 years and even since the first trial by the State Security Court.
The “area “ : my son Karim is taken out to the area at the different time to that of common- prisoners. He doesn’t see “ other people “ apart from the guardians of the prison or those of its administration ( the latters of course not frequently ).
The newspapers : The authorised national daily newspapers are interrupted ( when some news happen to be published and the administration of the prison considers that Karim does not have to read them, these newspapers are prohibited and that was made especially in El Houareb civil prison in Kairouan.
Television : He also was deprived from watching it, he was allowed so in El Haoureb civil prison ( of course after having claimed such right ) in Kairouan. Then, he has been prevented from it again from the first day he was exiled to Sfax.
He is completely isolated in the place, in the relationship with the external world, from what is going on, from the other prisoners.
Books : in prisons, libraries contain old books and for secondary school level and for a very limited educational level. That is to say, my son Karim does not take benfit from them. In the civil prison of sfax are founds books for secondary educational level
* The book of : Explanation and enlightenment, written by the Very learned Tunisian Imam Cheikh El Fadhel TAHAR BEN ACHOUR and this book deals with the explanation of the Holy Coran published in Tunisia and sold in libraries and during this imprisonment period, that is 12 years my son Karim keeps renewing and multiplying demands to different concerned authorities to allow him to read this book and the reply by the administration of the prison was the refusal and we bought the book and after years the previous Director of the civil prison of El Houareb authorised the entry of the book ; composed of parts and informed my son Karim that upon finishing the reading of the first part, the administration will take it back from him and then give him the following part, so on and so forth... till he fully reads the book. But even before he could finish reading the first part that was given to him, this same part was taken back again from him by the administration of the same prison.
Thank God who granted my son Karim the priviledge of learning the Holy Coran by heart and he says that he wants also to deeply understand the content of this book after having learned it so as to act and work accordingly.
This book is at the administration of the civil prison in Sfax and their answer given to my son Karim was that they are waiting for the decision to be given re this matter.
How is this book prohibited for him ; it is the sole book that Karim insisted to read it for the sake of his love of God and the religion of Islam ; because he wants to do his best to accomplish the deeds as dictated by God The Supreme and Glorious, sothat he clings to the equation = learning + understanding + acting which is the completion of faith.
How couldn’t he be allowed to read such a book especially that his year 2003 in Tunisia has been called the National year of the book and an international fair for the book was held.
My son Karim also asked for a book for the english language to remember the language, also it was refused, it is a book for the advanced level of Baccalaureat, used by all the tunisian schools and is of course prepared by the Ministry of Education.
Copy-books : my son Karim has copy-books in which he registered the drafts of letters he sent to the President of the Republic and the other ministeries concerning his staying conditions and his treatment as a prisoner in the tunisian prisons, a political and opinion prisoner.
In these copy-books also there are notes and follow-up and study events of the Palestinian newspapers that he is allowed to read. They are 6 copy-books and have not been returned back to my son Karim yet and were taken from him in El Houareb prison ; at the administration there. He is still asking for returning back to him.
Letters : the allowed ones are but letters he sends to the family and receives same from them ( parents and brothers and sisters). Letters take months to be sent or received in the prison of Sfax, the average time ( up to now ) is 2 weeks.
Other letters he sent to us but never arrived while the postal average delay for arrival of letters does not exceed 03 ( three ) days max ( in these kinds of distances ).
** The visit : has an indirect aspect in all the prisons that my son Karim was imprisoned in ; between him and us there are 02 ( two ) obstacles separated by a distance of about one meter or a bit more and with the presence a member of guardians and in the civil prison of Sfax there is one obstacle of glass and the converstion between us is on the phone and in the presence of guardians and the visit takes place once per month due to the far distance and the day is Saturday and time is 12.30’.
**When my son Karim was moved to the civil prison of Sfax, we asked the General Administration of prisons and re-education in Central Tunis on the 21st of April 2003 if he was moved to any other prison ? The answer was that he was still in the civil prison of El Houareb and the civil prison of Sfax answered back the same question : you have to contact the General Administration of prisons and re-education to know the answer...
Consequently, we went to El Houareb prison for the visit on 26th of April and there we were told he was moved to the civil prison of Sfax and from there, we had to go to Sfax, if they informed us re this moving before, we should have gone directly instead of all this pain especially that the day was very hot which strengthened our fatigue, mainly his sick mother and the hours that the transportation takes in going and returning back.
My son Karim is known for his streggle and his patriotism and working for the participation in the evoluation of his country ; always for the best.
He is known too, in all the surroundings for his defense of thousands of students who chose him by conviction to fulfill his fuction, so we call God The Supreme and Omnipotent to set him free and request, in this occasion, all the sides capable of fully taking care of the case of my son Karim and do not delay in carrying out their effective role towards my son Karim and intervene for that reason so that we all delight with his returning back to us urgently, with God willing .

( the Ex-Secretary General of the General Tunisian Union of Students have U.G.T.E ) filtry ( 50 ) days have passed by now since the hunger strike made by the prisoner opinion the Union militant and Ex-Secretary General Students of the General Tunisian Union of Students who si spending a sentence for perpetual imprisonment reduced to thirty ( 30 ) years on 2002 and he si now clustered in the civil prison of sfax Mr Karim HAROUNI Carried out his hunger sticke since the 18th 11 2003 protesting against his deprivation from the simplest rights that low of prison regulations guarantee such as putting him in total individual isolation since the 18th 04 2003 and his deprivation from books, television and corresponding with his family and his far distance from them who live in the capital in addition to deterioration of the health and confinment conditon His family, frightened contacted the international organization for the assistance of the Political prisoners after having made sure about the deterioration of his health condition as very critical and fearing the worse consequence They even sent a telegram to the President Mr Zine El Abidine Ben Ali and lately were informed that the Directo of the prison is absent in Vacation despite dangerous situation and requiving an immediate intervention to save the life of karim HAROUNI being imprisoned so fan for 13 years and also by his entennig in a dangerous stage and make death si no more possible as a result of his lasting refusal to eat food The international organization for the assistance of the political prisoners is reminding that it happened to one political prisoner, the militant called Samir Bousaa to die under the same condtions that Karim HAROUNI ‘s passing by, toody ( after the fower laaning spend 42 days of hunger sticke without the least interest to his situation from the prison’s direction at Borj Erroumi ) express their deep preoccupation with the dangerous situation of the heath of the studut’s and Union militant Karim HAROUNI and requests all the international and organizations of Human Rights internal To intervene to save his life before time runs out For the organization Lawer Mohamed Nouri
